Important booking information
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me enough time to offer your spot to another client on my waitlist.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
This fee must be paid before you can book your next appointment.
No-shows
When a client does not show up and fails to communicate, it directly impacts my small business.
No-shows will be charged full price of the scheduled service.
Clients who no-show may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings, or may be restricted from booking future appointments.
Late arrivals
I want to make sure your nails get the full time and attention they deserve!
There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you arrive past this grace period, we may need to shorten your service.
